GoogleRented through County Properties over the last 8 months. The only issue we had with the property was quickly resolved. Our inquiries were answered promptly and they agreed with the landlord to return our deposit in full within 2 working days of us vacating the property. As a tenant, I would recommend renting with them.

We viewed the house first with Jackie and then with Sharon and they been cert friendly professional and communicated with us well from start to finish. Once we had put in an offer and it was accepted Phil took over the administration of our sale and throughout the whole process he was fantastic. Particular thanks to Phil who provided invaluable help throughout the process and was always on hand to assist and answer any queries we had in a timely, friendly and professional manner. We couldn't have asked for better estate agents. They were always available to speak on the phone and provided any help we needed and answered any questions we had. Our sale was straight forward and we are now settling into our new home with no further stress! If we ever sell our house or buy another one we definitely will do so through Country Properties . GoogleTony is a very experienced real estate agent, proficient in all aspects of the business. During my recent sale, he displayed a good understanding of the current property market valuation as well as likely changes in the short term future. Tony’s strong management skills enabled him to effectively liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, as well as provide clear and regular communication as the sale proceeded. I was more than comfortable to trust Tony through the sale, and would turn to Country Properties for future property transactions.

GoogleWe had a competitive but sensible valuation. The house was placed on the market and on Rightmove speedily and efficiently. The agents did all the viewings and it sold quickly. Unfortunately the first sale fell through but Country Properties reacted swiftly to get it back on the market. Sasha was in charge of the sales and was very responsive and organised. She pushed all parties involved to get the 2nd sale completed and exchanged in a timely manner. I would happily use CP again.
