GoogleExceptional service with the most friendliest staff. Ethan took ownership and helped me and Mrs to find a house when we were looking for a rental home. He went out of his way by recommending houses that he thought that may suit us. I then got on to the habit of looking for houses that CJhole was hosting as it was a lot easier to deal with him than many any other agent who was full of attitude. I have recommended CJ hole to many mates and Ethan and the team has been great. Even after I rented the property, I never had to wait to get anything done as they property management services is extremely good. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and would be my go to place in the future as well.

GoogleVery happy with the service from CJ Hole. Agents were friendly and professional and sold our house withing weeks of going on the market but what really stood out was the tireless work from our sales progressor Lorraine. The chain could have collapsed on multiple occasions if it had not been for her expert management of the process, we really can't thank her enough.

GoogleWe recently had a problem with a tree that had fallen into our garden. (Luckily no one was hurt barring a few bushes) Elle was extremely quick to get this sorted out for us and between the landlady and Elle, there was someone out to have a look at it and the next available date to get it all sorted out . I can not fault them at all. Especially considering it had just been a bank holiday too.

GoogleMy son and I have been looking for a property topurchase for a while, and it looks like we may have succeded through CJ Hole....! Throughout the process we had the delight to work with Geena Dinnis from the Clifton branch. Not only Geena was always incredibly courteous and professional, but we got to trust her too because of her sound and clear advice. Geena went above and beyond, listening carefully to our needs and requirements, as well as being proactive too. On a couple of occasions after viewings with her, by the time we came home we had emails from Geena suggesting potential suitable properties. I had not seen such a level of proactivity before, and certainly Genna always displayed a very strong sense of ethics and integrity, which was incredibly refreshing in the Bristol market in 2024!
