GoogleTried to view two properties both times agent no interest don't return calls emails they don't answer the question if a property is still for sale to interested in finding out all your details. If you want to sell your property avoid this agent at all costs Even had someone else phone them and never replied to them Phoned head office an waste of time This company is not worth one star but had to leave it

GoogleWe have recently moved into a new rental property managed by CJ Hole, we had the most amazing communication and service from Ethan. He went out of his way to ensure we got the property and was on hand each and every day to answer questions and to help us through the process. I have lived in a few different rental properties managed by other companies, but none of them compare to the service we received from Ethan at CJ Hole.

GoogleRecently arranged a rental viewing and had a great experience with Max Wotton. He was well-presented and well-mannered, showed us around the property while giving us space to discuss between ourselves. Was able to answer our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. I also really appreciated receiving an email earlier in the day listing the information we’d be required to provide if we were interested and how he would proceed.

GoogleI recently had an issue with the mixer tap at my property, and I must say, Ellie was absolutely amazing in helping me get it resolved. She was prompt, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The issue was handled quickly, and the tap is now fully functional with no further concerns! Ellie made the whole experience stress-free and showed genuine care in making sure everything was sorted. I highly recommend CJ Hole Hucclecote for their excellent customer service. GoogleGood experience viewing properties with CJ Hole; Callum Barber was really helpful. I was late to a viewing so my relative came to view the property in my place but Callum was happy to show me the property as well when I arrived 10 minutes later.
