GoogleAll hats must go off to Julie Davies at CJ Hole! We had a nightmare sale, with a 7-house chain and numerous setbacks, issues, and timing problems. Julie was incredible throughout, helping with all the problems that popped up, and frankly getting the thing over the line. If it wasn't for Julie, I am sure the whole thing would have collapsed. 10/10

GoogleI needed accommodation while staying in Bristol. CJ Hole were quick to respond and supported me with a stable living space. I ended up renting for 3 years and over that time they helped and assisted with many of my queries - as well as sharing advice on my tenancy rights.

GoogleWhat a hardworking, dedicated and friendly team. My two main contacts, Andy and Emily, were a delight to work with. They are knowledgeable, strategic, collaborative and persistent. I felt seen, supported and not like ‘just another client’. My house sale was not straight forward but they never wavered and supported me throughout. Highly recommend

GoogleI’m a first time buyer and have had Ed Thornton, Senior Sales negotiator, as my POC at CJ Hole. When I first viewed the property, he was very prompt at getting back to me with precise answers to any questions I had. Now that my offer has been accepted, he has been great at keeping me up to date on the status of the chain and at every stage of the buying process, and he’s been quick to respond to any questions I have. This has been great as a FTB, as this is all a new experience for me, and having someone approachable and proactive at CJ Hole through this process has been amazing.

GoogleBeen trying to book a viewing of a cottage in Providence Lane and they will only offer one 6 days after I requested it. I explained that I was going to buy a property this week to ensure I am not homeless when my house sale goes through. Their decision is not due to lots of viewings of this particular property. The people making these decisions were sleepy and mumbling and the second person put the phone down on me. These people need more training.
