The property itself is everything we’d hoped for, it has great potential, some projects for us to take on, and plenty of space for our kids to enjoy. We’re truly excited about what the future holds in this new chapter! They skillfully helped us navigate negotiations and maintained strong communication between all parties, which was invaluable in keeping everything moving along efficiently. GoogleWe had an excellent service both buying and selling with CJ Hole. The whole team were very helpful and friendly and really helped to support the process to make it as smooth as possible. They always had our best interest in mind when chasing up elements of the process. Eva and Kerry especially were super helpful and I’d definitely be looking to use CJ Hole again in the future and highly recommend their services.

GoogleAppalled at the service we’ve received from CJ Hole so far. We are currently living in an uninhabitable property (paying £2250/month for the below). The extensive black mould is exacerbating my autoimmune condition, yet the letting agents and property manager have been unresponsive to all of my communications regarding this. Kevin Brent, the landlord, is a crook and hasn’t even offered us so much as a rent reduction. Avoid at all costs.
