GoogleAfter meeting various estate agents for the sale of my property I went ahead with CJ Hole Clifton, and I made the right choice. From first introduction through to the final point of sale the whole Clifton team were responsive, helpful and hard working. I had confidence they were managing the sale effectively and they kept me updated as matters progressed. I appreciated the care they took when arranging viewings and surveys so that it worked for the existing tenants. They went above and beyond, far exceeding my past experiences of estate agents and I would thoroughly recommend using them. Thanks to the whole team.

GoogleI and my family moved house recently having encountered some less than helpful or proactive estate agents initially. We were contacted by Ian from the WSM office who took over our sale and marketed our property for us. Isaac then took over and managed all aspects of our sale excellently and most considerately for my elderly parents. I woukd not hesitate to recommend Isaac and the rest of the team should you be looking to sell your property. Thanks guys.

GoogleIsaac and Kate were both fantastic and professional throughout the journey buying my first home! Top notch guidance and support was given throughout and really helped me feel at ease - especially when the solicitor's made everything seem as if the world was ending. I felt constantly in the loop and never had to do any chasing. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who's thinking of moving home.

GoogleI have just purchased a property and CJ hole Downend were the sellers agent. I am really impressed at how professional they are. The people I had contact with were Lucy and Paige. GoogleRachel and her Team at CJ Hole have let a number of properties for me over the past few years , including two during the past month (October 2024). I am probably not a typical But to Letl lndlord in that I am an experienced property professional. I have found that C J Hole are very good at identifying the level at which to pitch the asking rent and equally important, very adept at closing deals with prospective tenants. I am very particular about the wording of Tenancy Agreements and Rachel has professionally put up with me going through the wording line by line.

GooglePurchasing my first property was daunting, and I honestly don’t think we would have gotten through the process without Victoria’s help, one of the sales progressors at CJ Hole. Victoria was outstanding from start to finish, she was always available to answer my (many!) questions and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. Her patience and support were invaluable, especially with the process being more challenging than I had anticipated. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transaction for everyone involved, staying on top of every detail, following up with solicitors and keeping me informed throughout. I can’t recommend Victoria and the whole CJ Hole team highly enough!
