We viewed 2 properties back 2 back on a Saturday afternoon being sold by CJ Hole, Henleaze. Charlotte, the agent was prompt and polite. She was a kind agent and really showed passion when talking about the properties she was showing but also property in general. She said she hadn’t been to the first property in person before but you would never know. She was informative and had all the information at her fingertips. She was able to tell us when the property was converted and the boiler was installed and serviced for example. I felt she read our non verbal cues well and when she could sense the first property was not for us she didn’t labour the point but then went on to describe structural changes could be made and the potential costs. The second property was more of our type of house and she was open to our questions. She followed up for feedback and then I spoke to her again today with property updates that she thought I may be interested in. Our impression of this CJ Hole branch and agent was positive and gave us confidence. We have agreed to further viewings with CJ Hole, Henleaze based on our interaction with Charlotte.

Definitely a positive experience for us. The team were great at the valuation/sales stage…. but that is almost the easy part. It’s after that point that the quality of the estate agent is SO important. We had a very challenging experience with our sale (due to buyer complications, not CJ Hole)….Lorraine kept us sane by keeping us fully updated at every stage, chasing all parties regularly, and basically making sure the sale happened! Lorraine was outstanding in every way….thank you so much!

I can’t recommend CJHole Southville enough. They were super efficient at putting my house on the market, lots of viewings in a short time frame & offer accepted v quickly. I was most impressed by the post sales team, in particular Lulu, who tirelessly chased solicitors and really helped push the sale through, whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. I feel she went above & beyond her job role & I can not thank you enough!!

CJ Hole has been helping with the house search in Bristol which is so difficult. Max Wotton was the agent responsible for the renting process and showing the house. I really liked his performance, attentive and enlightening. He made himself available for any other questions we had and wanted to get an answer about the house, demonstrating a lot of professionalism.

Accurate valuation along with good photos and marketing resulted in a quick sale. The dedicated sales progression team then pushed the sale the whole way, communicating with the solicitors regularly to ensure things were moving in the right direction. I will be using them again.

From the start the service I had from CJ Hole in Kingswood was excellent. Adam came to value my house and was upfront and honest with me unlike other estate agents who came to quote. I really appreciated being contacted weekly to advise me of what was happening with the sale, what solicitors were doing, any hold ups etc. I cannot recommend this branch of CJ Hole highly enough. Thank you all for taking the stress out of my house sale.
