A special thanks to Lorraine at the Henleaze / Westbury branch who was on top of the sale and purchase from start to finish. Always keeping us informed and the Solicitors in check. GoogleWe recently sold my Aunt’s house through C J Hole and were really happy with the service. From the initial valuation - where we were presented with comparable properties and prices, and clearly shown that they had looked into the property before giving us a price - all the way through listing, doing viewings, and completing the sale, we were kept up to date with progress and information. Very happy with the service and would recommend to use them.

GoogleThe whole team at Bishopston office went the extra mile in the process of the sale of my house and purchase and also helping enormously with a problematic firm of conveyancers on my purchase, which was through another firm of Estate Agents. Goodness knows what it would have been like if they weren't on hand to help every step of the way. Any messages left were always passed on and not once did I have to chase for a response. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many many thanks to each and every one.

GoogleThe team at C J Hole were extremely helpful with the recent sale of our relative's house. It was a long process (due to power of attorney, then probate - no fault of the estate agents), and they kept their enthusiasm and professionalism constant throughout. They also helped with contact details for local tradespeople, as and when we required. It was always easy to reach them by phone/email, they responded quickly and efficiently, and kept on top of things at all times. Highly recommended.

GoogleBought our first property through CJ Hole and the process with them was relatively straightforward. First, we had our viewings with Keiran and found our house. He was polite and very communicative, never left me waiting for a response. He arranged a few more viewings for us whilst we were sorting out the legal bits and another lady who works part time (forgot her name) sometimes did the viewing. Both were polite, gave us all the info they had and didn't rush us when viewing our house. Once we had moved along more into the process, we worked with Karly who actually seemed to know what was happening more than our solicitor at times. She kept me informed, was very communicative and helped chase those who needed to be chased in the end so we could complete before Xmas. We even got a bottle of prosecco in the end when collecting the key. We weren't expecting it all and really appreciate the gesture, thank you! Very thoughtful. Sorry we are unable to return the gesture, but we hope this review makes you feel appreciated.
