GoogleCJ Hole have continued to provide us with an exceptional service over the years with our rental property. Our previous tenant decided to buy a property after renting from us for 6 years and, following a telephone call with Orrin, the property was re-advertised and he was straight in touch with potential tenants to arrange viewings. A new tenancy was agreed at full asking price within a few days. We are delighted with our new tenants and Orrin did an excellent job in securing this for us. We have found Orrin to be very professional and his knowledge of the local market, professionalism and determination to get on with the job is greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Orrin and the team to any landlord seeking a local lettings agent.

GoogleCJ Hole did more than just bring Buyers who asked to view our property - they also did 'matchmaking' by suggesting to selected potentially suitable Buyers that they visit our property! CJ Hole's Sales Negotiators accompanied the visits very well and were very pleasant to to business with! One potential Buyer caused an unprecedented delay and had to be dropped but CJ Hole's Sales Negotiators promptly found another buyer! Then, the day before Exchange of Contracts, our Solicitor was closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and we had to find a replacement! Such unexpected and unusual problems could have stalled our sale but CJ Hole's Sales Progressors, particularly the Henleaze Offfice's Senior Sales Progressor, were most diligent and successful in their efforts to keep everything on track, to keep everyone happy and to minimise delay! We have now Exchanged Contracts and it is clear that we would not have Exchanged so soon without the efforts of CJ Hole's Sale Progressors!

GoogleWe had C J Hole as our Letting Agents for 8 years, and they did a brilliant job, so when we came to sell, we put the flat with them. They have an extremely professional, although friendly approach, and their communication at every step of the way was excellent. Their Sales Progressor is brilliant, as it takes the heat out of having to negotiate with a Buyer, having someone as an intermediary. This approach takes a lot of stress out of the process, and I would highly recommend C J Hole to anyone.

GoogleWe've been pleased with the support from CJ Hole, from Dan's fantastic photos to the ongoing support from Lorraine to keep us updated throughout our sale. We have always found the Westbury-on-Trym staff to be polite, approachable, knowledgeable and proactive, directing us to the right person quickly. Since Lorraine took over as our sales progressor, we've been really pleased. She has chased us and our buyer just the right amount to keep things moving and we completed yesterday selling our beautiful home to a lovely family which is all we could cope for.

GoogleWe bought a house which completed in September for which CJ hole were the estate agents. They were excellent especially our Sales Progressor Victoria. She was incredibly helpful in the very initial part of the process but I think the best thing was her continuous liaising between both sets of solicitors, ourselves and the seller. The sale completed in just 7 weeks which was fantastic for us. Of course this was in part to the solicitors and our very thorough and helpful seller but I do think a big portion was from Victoria nudging both sides on. When we went to the office to collect the keys the agents were lovely, gave us lots of moving in information and even Prosecco!
