GoogleGreat service from start to finish. They have different teams dealing with getting you on the market, another for viewings etc. and one for sales progression afterward. Each team has been brilliant and responsive. Can always get through to someone when needed on the phone, and they were also great at responding to email (and took into account my preference for email when I asked). Thanks all!

GoogleI would like to thank CJHole, Westbury on Trym team, for selling my home in April this year. I was impressed with how well organised the sale was carried out and all the viewings too. I was guided through the whole process with weekly telephone calls giving me updates and helpful advice on the progress of the sale, making it as stress free as it could possibly be. I would heartily recommend them!

GoogleWe recently went for a viewing with Cerys, who was really helpful in answering our questions. We had a minor issue in entering the property and really appreciated both Cerys and Hannah spending the extra time and effort to help with our viewing, especially at the end of the day. One viewing needed to be rescheduled and which was done quickly and organised for the next day! I spoke to Lauren on the phone about the next steps and her guidance has really helped us out.

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at C J Hole (Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym). They sold our mother’s property in a very reasonable amount of time, even though the house being a Laing Easiform construction. Daniel the initial estimator was very clear in advising you through the sale process and valuation of the property, organised great photos, with an honest, yet excellent, description. Lorraine who took over the sales process was very good in corresponding at all points during the sale, and communicating between the buyer and legal teams on both sides. Everyone at C J Hole is courteous and responds promptly to any queries or concerns. I cannot recommend this team enough. If I was selling or buying a property in Bristol then this is the team I would use. Thank you, you are all amazing.

GoogleEveryone that we interfaced/worked with at CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym was extremely polite, knew their job, and most importantly efficient and professional. The communications from everyone was excellent, always prompt and concise. Our sale was completed within 3 months, and I have to call out the efforts of Lorraine Banbury (Senior Sales Progressor) who was key in making this happen. Definitely highly recommend!

GoogleLet people in your property without first contacting you. Zero chain of command. And take weeks to respond to your emails if you’re lucky. I’ve been told a handful of times after trying to get in touch with them that I will be called back promptly and still nothing. Terribly managed.

GoogleWe chose CJ Hole both for their marketing and for their sale progression process, made especially helpful via the Kriva app, where you, as a seller, can see what stage your property sale is in. We really appreciated Alice and how lovely her photos turned out to be. Once our house was on the market, all viewings were booked via the Kriva app, and timely feedback was provided in the app by an estate agent - a big shout out to Ethan for showing our property respectfully and for all his helpful feedback. Once the sale was agreed, we would like to thank the sales progressors, Jess and Romany, for helping us progress our sale in a timely manner.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through CJ Hole. Ethan initially showed me round the house on two occasions and was helpful and friendly. My first sales progressor was very pushy and I found them difficult to work with due to this. I felt they didn't give me any chance to breath, and were constantly chasing me even though the sale was progressing without any hiccups. I felt they didn't appreciate that buying a property is a huge purchase and therefore it is really important that things are done properly and that enquiries are allowed to be raised. Thankfully they left and I ended up with Jess and Romany as my sales progressors. They were both much easier to work with and helpful with any questions I had. Overall aside from the first sales progressor I had a good experience with CJ Hole in the purchasing of my home as a first time buyer.
