GoogleC J Hole did a great job selling our house, we got an offer on the second viewing. Sales progression from Victoria was responsive and helped to move from offer to exchange in just ten weeks. Generally a very friendly and easy to work with organisation and I'd happily recommend them and use them again.

GoogleWe are extremely pleased with the service from CJ Hole. James Dear was outstanding, his valuation was not only thorough and detailed but also far more personable and meticulous than others we received. He valued our home significantly higher than other agencies and successfully secured a sale close to the asking price. While we encountered some challenges with other agents, James handled everything with professionalism, genuinely caring about our experience and going above and beyond to resolve any issues. Later in the process, we also received exceptional support from Lulu in the progressions team. Her communication was excellent, she was attentive, quick to respond, and kept us consistently updated throughout the sale. Overall, we’re incredibly happy with our experience and grateful to the entire team for making the sale of our property as smooth and stress-free as possible.

GoogleI would highly recommend CJ Hole Kingswood for the sale of your house. From our first encounter with CJ hole at valuation, through to the viewings and then sales progression the team were all fantastic. We had our house valued at the end of September and we're in our new house by early Feb and this largely goes down to Kerry in the sales progression team. We had fairly unresponsive estate agents on our purchase side, and kerry helped us moved the other estate agents along to ensure a quick turnaround as both us and our buyer were up against stamp duty increases and wanted to complete ASAP. A huge thank you to all the team involved and would really recommend CJ hole for a smooth sale of your house!

GoogleCannot recommend the team at CJ Hole highly enough. They managed a very complex sale for me with some sitting tenants who had the place in a right state, navigated viewings, endless pet mess, and negotiated beautifully around some very tricky situations. They were the second agent I employed and the experience with the first lot only highlighted what an exemplary service this team give.

GoogleA really good experience with CJ Hole from the start when I moved to the area when liaising with George and Corey. Inspections every 3 months have been the most consistent I have ever had with a letting agent. Another shout out to George who helped me out with a boiler issue the other day and offered to come over and take a look (calling me when I was looking under the boiler watching a YouTube video on how to fix the issue!) and kindly talked me through it which was extremely kind. Thank you for making this a great experience.
