GoogleCannot recommend Donna and the team highly enough. They took over the sale of my home from another agent that I wasn’t happy with and they really did an incredible job of getting my sale over the line. It was an especially difficult time to sale a home with the increase in interest rates and the unknown but managed to achieve the price I wanted for my family home. GoogleMy experience of selling with CJ Hole was excellent. The initial visit for valuation was very positive and I feel that the house was marketed at the correct price and also achieved a good price on completion. Jenni was fantastic as my agent. She kept me really well informed throughout the process, responded very quickly to any questions that I had, and she liaised with everyone involved so the solutions to holdups could be speedily resolved. I will definitely use CJ Hole again if I need to sell a property.

GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending CJHole(Hucclecote) as an excellent agent. The staff are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They kept us informed at every level including the progress of others up and down the chain. Tim also has a camera that gives 360 degree virtual tour of the property giving a much better feel of the property to potential buyers.

GoogleWe’ve just exchanged on a property we sold through CJ Hole. Firstly, a big shout-out to Simon, who knew how to highlight the best features of the property to potential buyers. His approach has been highly professional from start to finish, with great attention to detail. Once our offer was accepted, we were introduced to Victoria, our sales progressor. Thanks to Victoria, the entire process went smoothly. She efficiently handled all the necessary documents, ensuring everything progressed seamlessly. Her dedication made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant, something not often associated with the typically stressful world of property sales. Thank you! :)

GoogleWarning advisory, do not get sucked into their pitch to sell your house. From the start, the sale pitch was excellent, however, over promised and under delivered in all aspects. Their communication was extremely poor, no one ever returned our calls or acknowledged our emails or SMS. They would schedule viewings, but never turn up. Leaving potential buys waiting at the property, leaving the vender to sell the house or show the buyers around. When one of the team did show up, they lacked any knowledge of our property and were quite simply ‘door opens’! This could be down to a lack of experience or training from the leadership team. After buyers showed some interest, no one would follow this up, we had no idea what strategy CJ Hole had to sell the house and no feedback following most visits. We have since removed our property from their books, because of countless errors, disgraceful service and the team even misplaced our house keys. Be aware that someone from the team will likely respond to this review and claim this is not true. If you decide to use CJ Hole, you will regret it very quickly. I wish I looked at the reviews sooner, and saw the amount of poor customer feedback. We can’t all be wrong? CJ Hole MUST take full accountability for their mistakes. However, given that none of the branch directors or leadership team even acknowledge the complaints sent to them, this demonstrates a lack of customer care or service recovery.

GoogleDefinitely the the WORST estate agent i've had the displeasure of using in Bristol in the last 10 years! Be very careful when dealing with Tom and this agency, He tried to get me to bid against myself in a fake bidding war which after i declined to increase my offer it was suddenly accepted, The property was then "sold subject to contract" and solicitors were instructed, However CJ hole carried on talking to other parties and i have now been gazumped. This agency is what gives estate agents a bad name, 100% not trustworthy in fact liers!! avoid at all costs!! PND Developments
Dear Mr Hardy I'm sorry to read your review and to see that you have not had a positive experience with our branch. I have tried to reach out to you and discuss your experience and hopefully give some peace of mind that we did all we can to facilitate your purchase. As a buyer you provided everything that was requested, responding swiftly to our request for information so that we could fulfil our due diligence protocols to which we were are very grateful and relayed to the estate solicitor of your confident position. Your offer was accepted over multiple offers for the home . Unfortunately, for reasons beyond and out of our control, an offer was placed on the property that was "not" facilitated by ourselves, and accepted without our knowledge or that of our client, the estate solicitor. We were purely the messengers of the news and would not advocate for gazumping, our processes are designed to avoid such situations but only if we are in control of the offers. The opportunity to increase your offer was given. Once again I am sorry for your experience and hope that you will be open to a conversation to put your mind at ease. We will obviously take this feedback and learn from it, in the hope that we may improve for the future. David
