GoogleC J Hole have managed rental properties for us for nearly 15 years. Throughout that time the service has been amazing…from vetting prospective tenants, quarterly inspections and providing clear & concise feedback on the subsequent reports and sorting all maintenance problems promptly. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with whatever the scenario and a special mention to Karen, George, Nikki and Abbigail(sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone). I must also mention the sales team who have sold a few properties for us over the years…recent interactions with Ian & Jacob have been fab, both of them providing sound advice in a professional and friendly manner. Fantastic teams on both sales and lettings…I wouldn’t use any other agent…keep up the excellent work guys.

GoogleAs first time tenants, CJ Hole were very friendly and responsive to the many questions we had. Shelly and Ami in particular were easy to reach when we needed them. There were a few things that could've been made a little clearer but anything that we needed clarification on was only ever a call away.

GoogleWe had a nicely arrange viewing of property with Max. He was punctual, friendly and helpful, giving us sufficient time to look around and to be in time for work as well. Great that all photos on website was realistic, thus no surprises during the viewing. Property was matching our main expectations, thus we have applied for. Thanks for Max for the fast respond even on Saturday.

GoogleExcellent service from C J Hole, Kingswood branch. They sorted out valuations and photography quickly and we received 4 offers within days of the property being marketed. They also recommended local solicitors and we progressed to completion without any major hiccups. They may not be the cheapest but I have no regrets in choosing them.

GoogleWe negotiated and exchanged contracts to buy a house in Cheltenham through CJ Hole who were excellent throughout. They ironed out all issues that arose during the conveyancing process and ensured that the solicitors dealt with issues promptly and did not allow things to drift. Jenni Moore in particular was efficient, effective and pro-active and demonstrated great care and commitment to get the job done sooner rather than later. A first rate service.
