GoogleMy experience of buying a flat via C J Hole has been entirely positive. They arranged for me to view several flats in the Henleaze area during my research. All the staff who showed me round properties - Charlotte, Daniel, Tom, Nathan, Rob and others - were polite and patient. When my offer on a flat had been accepted, Lorraine, the Sales Progressor, kept me up to date with progress. She was also very helpful and sympathetic when any issues requiring sensitive handling arose. Other staff who answered the phone when I needed updating were also helpful. I highly recommend C J Hole, Henleaze.

GoogleOur experience with C.J Hole as tenants in a property for sale has been terrible. The team is extremely disorganised and have on multiple occasions not notificatified or confirmed viewings with us as tenants and appeared unannounced. They have also not arrived for a viewing leaving us to show prospective buyers around the property after they waited outside for 20 minutes with no information from CJ Hole. We also received a letter from a perspective buyer asking for us to pass on his number to CJ Hole as they never responded to his phone calls to view the property. They seem to be extremely inadequate at their jobs and customer service.
