We encounter lots of push backs due to poor communication with our solicitors and Kerry was up and beyond helping us chase, stay in touch with all the parties, keep track and helped us complete the process successfully. And after having purchased and moved in they (Kerry has been incredible) have continued to be beyond helpful in sorting issues with signing up to energy and internet in my new place. I've not paid them a penny and they go above and beyond. The least I could do is write them a glowing review. Such great service.

GoogleI just want to say a massive thank you to CJ Hole in Kingswood and Kerry Ray in particular, as a first time buyer it's been quite a stressful journey and I felt like CJ Hole and Kerry helped me a lot throughout the purchase in terms of chasing both my solicitor and the sellers solicitors when things weren't progressing when they should have. I also booked multiple viewings of the property and the team at CJ Hole were always pleasant in helping me with viewings dates and in general were easy to deal with. As a first time buyer, you are in good hands with CJ Hole. Kerry was always in contact with myself and she so professional and was empathic to our journey in purchasing our very first home.
