GoogleFrom my experience as a buyer I'd highly recommend CJ Hole. They were easy to get in touch with and we were able to speed things up (solicitors doing their best to slow things down) as they acted as the middleman between the two solicitors to give them a nudge if one side was holding things up. Based on my experience as a buyer, I would be happy to use them if I were to sell my property in the future.

GoogleBecky and the team at CJ Hole Hucclecote were amazing. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and any queries we had were dealt with extremely efficiently. Even towards the end of completion when there were a few bumps, they were on hand to deal with these. We bought and sold through CJ Hile, and the above would apply to both aspects. I would definitely recommend on using CJ Hole if you are looking to buy/sell.

GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend CJ Hole highly enough. From the very first viewing right through to the referencing process and keeping us updated throughout, the whole experience was handled so professionally and efficiently. A special mention has to go to Claire and Jess, who were absolutely fantastic. They were both friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported, even when there were a few issues and unexpected bumps along the way. What really stood out to us was how professionally everything was dealt with. Claire and Jess were patient, understanding and always willing to help, and they made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier. We really appreciated all of their hard work and the way they looked after us throughout. It’s clear that they genuinely care about providing a good service, and that made such a difference. We would 100% use CJ Hole again if we needed an estate agent in the future and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent or move home. GoogleWe have had an extremely good experience with the Sales team at CJHole Downend. The manager David gave us excellent advice on how best to present our house to market and was confident in his valuation. Marketing was professionally thought out and presented and Cameron worked really hard taking viewers round and always gave us swift feedback after every viewing. We had a choice of offers and both David and Cameron were on hand to advise and discuss the best way forward. We always felt supported. We would happily recommend their services.

GoogleOverall we had a good experience with CJ Hole Downend when purchasing our property. Cameron who initially showed us the property was great and the viewing experience probably contributed to how we like the house. Julie who progressed our sale was very helpful throughout we weekly/ twice weekly calls to keep us up to date with what was happening and pushing the ever slow solicitors.

Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier. We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole.
