Rafal has managed my flat for almost 18 months and has been a great help whenever I’ve had an issue. He was especially helpful and quick to help when I misplaced my keys. He went out of his way to help me far beyond what I was expecting. Top notch service!

It was great to do viewings with Ryan from CJ hole. I’ve been viewing quite a lot of flats recently in the Bristol area and some of the agents showing me around seem to know almost nothing about the properties and want you in and out in less than five minutes.Ryan was knowledgeable, open and made the viewing much more personal. Definitely the sort of estate agent I would put my trust in!

We have had a really positive experience with CJ Hole recently. On viewings, Minnie was professional, friendly and honest about the properties. She allowed me plenty of time and space to take everything in without feeling rushed. Minnie took care to make sure I didn't leave a viewing with any unanswered questions. Minnie and Ethan have both been very helpful over the phone and email, answering our queries and offering advice.
