GoogleDavid and Pascha have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish! From having our property valued to getting it listed, the process was made very easy and stress-free. We did encounter a few issues with the solicitors in the chain, but without David and Pascha's continued help and support, it would not have been possible. CJHole is very professional, and their customer service is second to none! I would highly recommend them. Thank you again, David!

GoogleHorrendous agents. Did they sell the property? Yes. Manager, Sam, attended to the valuation and I was blown away with the professionalism, honesty and promise of aftersale services. This is where the good stuff about them ends. They have a dedicated after sales line, it’s option 4, don’t bother ringing it, they never answer it. On the 29 occasions that I attempted, it wasn’t answered once. Voicemails are ignored. One time the inbox was full so couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Awful service. We had an issue with our property during the sale which the buyer was legally obligated to be informed of, naturally, we were worried and wanted to be kept informed. Were we? Ofocurse, not. A full week later, I called again only to be told that the buyer hadn’t even been made aware, a bit of a problem when me as the vendor has to make the agent aware of legal obligations. When these complaints were raised with Sam, the manager, they were met with excuses such as being understaffed and automated emails being sufficient as a means of communication. Considering they were considerably more expensive than other agents, their service fell grossly short of being considered satisfactory let alone impressive. Avoid!

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with CJ hole Westbury -on-trym/ Henleaze when buying our house in 2025. Lorraine in particular was amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with our purchase and worked really hard to make sure things kept progressing if there were any barriers. She was also very kind and approachable throughout the whole process which made everything much less stressful than it could have been. If we buy/sell a property in the future we would definitely be keen to do this through CJ Hole again. Thank you!

GoogleCJ Hole in Kingswood took over selling our house when another Estate Agent had failed to sell it for 4 months. They sold our house in 3 days for the most we’d ever had offered. Everything went through so smoothly, they have a Sale Progressor (Kerry) who headed up communications between Solicitors and made sure everything stayed on track with our sale and purchase. They couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging viewings and re-viewings and offering us support calls as we were burned from our previous experience. Lois was absolutely amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. Would (and have) recommended them to everyone. Thanks so much!
