GoogleThe team came across as really kind and helpful at first. Unfortunately, they had advertised the property with an appliance that wasn’t actually included( I still have the advertise). On the first day of my tenancy, I asked about it, and the agent admitted the mistake, apologized, and said she’d help me sort it out. But once the manager got involved, things took a turn. She was quite dismissive, saying it wasn’t their problem and that I’d have to deal directly with the landlord. That was frustrating, especially since it was them who advertised the property, showed it to me, and even confirmed the appliance when I asked. The whole situation left a really unpleasant impression, and honestly, I don’t feel I can trust what they say anymore. If you’re dealing with them, I’d recommend getting everything confirmed in writing. Still, I do wish them the best moving forward.

GoogleI've contacted a number of different letting agents in Bristol the last month or so and CJ Hole was definitely the best to work with. Ethan has been really helpful, proactive and friendly throughout. He's been able to answer all my questions and always been quick to respond. I especially appreciate how responsive he's been by email, which has stood out from a lot of agents elsewhere and is very helpful for those of us who can't always take phone calls in working hours. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have had very positive experiences of viewing properties with CJ Hole. It’s not always possible to get through to someone on the phone straightaway, but they are good at getting back to messages. They have a system of automatic reminders by text and email to keep you on track if you are looking at lots of houses. They also have lovely staff showing the properties. My daughter and I were shown a property by Cameron Williams, who was very welcoming and friendly. He allowed us time to look round on our own, which I appreciated, and was immediately on hand to answer questions when needed. He was efficient about following up after the viewing and although I decided not to put in an offer on the property, he was very respectful about my reasons for not proceeding.
