GoogleHands down the worst estate agents I’ve ever had the displeasure of being associated with. We’ve had 6 agents over the past 2 years, and we’ve had 6 months of no contact from them. After we moved out and I asked about our deposit (which they don’t put in a DPS btw) they tried to gaslight us and say we never handed in a notice (which of course we did and I kept the receipts). And then they had the audacity to email us threatening bailiffs after we had already moved out of the property for “rent arrears” which we did not owe rent as we were not there. There is no communication between any of them and you as tenants and I deliberately have gone out of my way to avoid all properties they are associated with. If you are unlucky enough to ever move into a property they are agents for, do yourself a favour and keep all receipts and get the landlords details direct, we did that and went through him directly with any issues as CJ ignored us the entire time until it came to them wanting their money. Famously bad already and I can now say with first hand experience how bad they actually are. Go with any other agency for your property hunt. Avoid these guys like the plague.
