GoogleMy current tenancy is being managed by CJ Hole Southville and I honestly can’t recommend them enough, Max (property manager) helped us through every step of the application and referencing process seamlessly, meaning that we had nothing to worry or stress about. There’s always someone on hand to answer any queries and questions, plus all the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Again, I can’t recommend them enough, especially Max.

GoogleDonna visited me today to value my property. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. She brought other examples of property valuations and what they sold for, which gave us a really helpful picture to work from. It is clear that the team at CJ Hole are well versed in the properties in the area. I would definitely feel confident selling my house through them.

GoogleMy experience with CJ Hole Southville has been extremely disappointing. After moving out of my tenancy in August, my deposit has been held for months due to poor communication and repeated administrative errors by the property manager, Max. Despite providing written proof that I’d left with the landlord’s agreement, the agency failed to update records or release my share. I’ve had to escalate the matter to official bodies for resolution. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

GoogleI was recommended CJ Hole by a neighbour and I now can't recommend them enough myself! They were absolutely brilliant. I was looking to rent my property really quickly, and they DELIVERED. On the same day of calling them, they managed to get a floor plan made the same day, and viewings were organised for the next day by the end of which I had 4 tenant offers on the table. Communication throughout via email/phone calls was extremely good - I was liaising with Inga, Callum and Lucy. A small example of their expertise - they spotted a significant issue with an old EIC report which another estate agency hadn't - I then clarified with the electrician and they were absolutely right.

GoogleWe used Barry Williams for our mortgage advisor and he was fantastic. Explained the process to us well as first time buyers and made us feel very comfortable. He was very flexible with timings and locations (often working late into the evenings) which made meetings very easy.

Not only did they manage to sell our property for £15,000 more than we thought possible, but their support after the sale was also outstanding. Our Sales Progressor, Kerry, was absolutely amazing, she kept everything moving, avoided multiple potential delays, and was always proactive in checking in with everyone involved.
