GoogleI’ve been very lucky to have Lorraine from CJ Hole managing my case. I hadn’t moved house in about 20 years, so was really unfamiliar with the process. Lorraine right from the very beginning acted as the go-to person to help me understand the various bumps in the road, and joined all the separate parts together. She spoke with the conveyancer, the mortgage broker and the seller, and then summarised everything for me every week. This made what can be a stressful and confusing process so much easier. I was expecting to have to ‘chase’ for updates, but I never had to - Lorraine was across everything and automatically let me know what progress had been made. House buying and selling doesn’t ever seem to be a simple process, and I had more than one ‘problem’ that had to be solved along the way, but it would have been a lot harder without having that solid and knowledgeable person at CJ Hole to go to with questions and updates.
