Emily made a great impression during valuation and assured us that it would sell in 2 weeks. We thought this was a bold claim, but she was right down to the day! Sold to a lovely couple and everything went very smoothly right up to completion.

GoogleBoth agents I dealt with as a rental tenant (Carmelo & Jamie) were helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. I've had bad experiences with letting agents in the past and heard some horror stories about CJ Hole but I couldn't fault them. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The whole team worked together seamlessly to make the process as smooth an stress-free as possible. Adam carried our our valuation and took fantastic photos that really helped to showcase our home. Donna, Jodie,Lois and Lindsay were brilliant with arranging viewings and keeping us fully updated throughout, they managed to secure our offer and the offer on our home in a week!
