GoogleBest service ever experie cedar, very on the ball all staff helpful and friendly all the time no matter how much I bothered them. Would highly recommend them. Edward showed me a house I would never have considered and I'm glad he did because I bought it.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting, Justin, Eva and Ryan - very briefly, and working with Julie over the phone. The balance between professionalism and human kindness was exemplary. This was the first property sale I have ever been involved in. It was due to an unexpected bereavement. When people say that 'moving' house is stressful, I can totally relate. If you want to work with people who have local knowledge, practical nouse and professional standards, look no further. I would also want them on my team if I had to negotiate my way out of an even more serious scenario! Thank you all - we got there.

GoogleI cannot thank Ryan enough for the support he’s given us throughout our house search. As first time buyers, we’ve viewed a lot of properties and dealt with many different agents, but Ryan has genuinely been the best by far. His communication has been brilliant from start to finish, always responsive, always polite and always happy to answer the many questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What stood out most is how much he genuinely cared about finding the right match for us. He took the time to introduce us to the sellers, which gave us the chance to hear the real history of the home, something we’ve never experienced before and something that helped us fall in love with the property even more. Ryan made the whole experience smooth, personal and far easier than we ever expected. They represented the seller of a house we've just purchased and from the point we were shown around the house, to the moment we completed, and beyond, I found them nothing but polite, friendly, knowledgeable and wholly professional. If ever we consider moving again I know who I'll be calling

GoogleCj Cole Cirencester sold my property, but I would say were not great at communicating through the process at all. I couldn't say they were bad, but definitely not one I would use again. Poor communication and rather harsh customer service at times. Once my house was sold they went very quiet and then fell silent. I don't know what is usual for agents as this is my first experience, but I would have at least expected a thank you for the thousands of pounds I paid them. Even a good luck in your new home. Absolute silence. Stark contrast to the experience my daughter received in Hanham and Exeter. Very kind, thoughtful agents who wished them well, thanked them for their business and even provided a little pack of goodies and flowers. Over and above, but lovely and hugely more than just silence. I would recommend using a different agent in Cirencester if possible, I certainly would not use again.
