GoogleRecently sold my mums house with CJ Hole - when Dan came to value the property he was very knowledgable and professional and gave me confidence in their ability to sell the property. When viewings took place I received regular feedback and if there were no viewings I still received a weekly call to check in. After the property was sold Lorraine took over the sell and if it wasn’t for her it would not have completed before Christmas. She worked tirelessly with the other solicitor in the chain to get it over the line. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agents.

GoogleMADE AN ELDERLY LADY SLEEP ON THE FLOOR OF HER HOUSE! Tim was extremely rude and unhelpful to the point of nearly breaking the chain!! He could not be bothered to try and manage a very simple task of helping customers move their belongings out of the house so the new owners (an elderly lady with her dogs) could move in. Instead, he forced her (the elderly lady) to move her items into storage (added expense) AND sleep on the floor of her old house (after having a hip operation that year!!) because she couldnt find a dog friendly hotel in time!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with him and how he treated my mother!

Unfortunately, things are not quite as clear cut as this, as an estate agent, we are often the middleman, but there are many factors that can cause an issue in the property conveyancing process, as well as logistical issues for all parties, the majority of which are completely out of our control.

GoogleWe sold our property at Westleigh Park through CJ Hole Estate Agents, and overall the experience ended on a very positive note. The sale took quite a long time, partly due to the condition of the house, as it had been let out for many years and had become run down, although it was still a lovely home with great potential. Initially, I did struggle a little with communication and consistency, as it often felt like a different person was involved each time there was a viewing. However, once Minnie became more involved, the experience changed completely. Minnie was absolutely superb throughout the process. She kept in regular contact, kept me fully informed at all times, and was proactive in pushing things forward when needed. Her communication, professionalism, and persistence were genuinely what kept me progressing with the sale. Jess was also helpful whenever needed, and together they made sure everything stayed on track. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when it takes longer than expected, but Minnie’s support made a huge difference. For that alone, she deserves real praise. Thank you to the team at CJ Hole, and especially Minnie, for seeing the sale through to completion.

GoogleWe have been trying to move for a few years, and CJ Hole have been very helpful and patient in finding potential buyers for us whenever we wanted to make an offer on a property (but then got outbid!) This time we have both bought a place through them, and sold our house. They found a buyer for us quickly and negotiated a good price. As usual with house sales, various queries arose, but the sales progressor (Lorraine) kept in touch and kept things moving along, including dealing effectively with an unexpected last- minute hitch which threatened to scupper the whole deal.
