We recently bought a house through CJ Hole, and they were total stars. Whilst the sale of our property was pretty painful, buying through CJ Hole was extremely smooth. We mainly dealt with Matt (our estate agent) who was extremely helpful during the run up to our offer being accepted, and Alex, the sales progressor. Alex was exceptional throughout, chasing all relevant parties when needed and kept us informed daily of any progress and issues that were encountered, and actively sought to resolve them as soon as possible. CJ Hole have been successfully letting my elderly mother's house in Henleaze Bristol for over 2 years now. I live abroad and my mother is in care home, so we needed an agent we can totally rely on to look after both our interests and that of the tenants. They have done this very satisfactorily, with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of house rental procedures. They have found 2 good suitable tenants so far, and handle all the paperwork required and carry out regular inspections. On the few occasions when it has been necessary to send tradespeople to the property, it has been done quickly and competently at fair prices. I can highly recommend CJ Hole as letting agents if you want piece of mind and a professional service.

Met with Milli for house viewing, she was there early and awaiting to greet us. She was very informative, incredibly helpful and very friendly. Overall a great experience. The house was lush and we feel lucky to have it! The registration was seamless and actual transaction of tenancy agreement was painless, all done remotely so relatively hassle free. One of the easiest housing agreements I've experienced to be honest.

We recently bought and sold via CJ Hole's Bishopston office and could not have hoped for a better service. Our main contact Sean and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive and made us feel very at ease with the whole process. Despite much of the stereotypes surrounding the profession we felt from the beginning that the attention and level of communication we were receiving showed the guys as genuinely having our interests at heart. The proof of this can be seen in the swift sale of our property and the equally swift purchase of our dream home a few weeks later. During the period of sale the team became our main point of contact as the solicitors we chose failed to match CJ Hole's emphasis on communication, guiding us through the final stages as they chased the solicitors for information. If you're looking to sell then I can't recommend their services highly enough and if you do find a property you like listed with them, you're fortunate to be buying with confidence.

Fantastic. Having banged our heads repeatedly against the Bristol housing market for weeks, my fiancee and I were lucky enough to find a lovely little property let by CJ Hole. If you would like to deal with adults, or simply individuals who act like adults I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company / branch. This branch is a circus of spotty teens in cheap suits. It is a huge shame that CJ Hole own so many properties south of the river. If you are looking to rent / buy I would strongly recommend reevaluating your needs before dealing with CJ Hole. I understand it is easy to point the finger and blame letting agents for problems and deposit issues but honestly and sincerely, this letting agent is awful.
