GoogleMilli was really helpful throughout the process from viewing to securing the property. She was patient with all our requests and really good at explaining the different terms. GoogleI have been working with the Lettings department at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke to conduct Legionella risk assessments on their managed properties and it has been a pleasure! All of the tenants I met had been notified in advance of my visit and not a single issue with any of the properties surveyed. Everyone has been so organised and professional along the way, I would highly recommend!

GoogleWe have used many different letting agents when renting properties but our latest let with CJ Hole was by far the best experience. Excellent customer service, great contact response time, surprisingly low admin fees and just a good general feeling that professionally, they know how to take care of things.

GoogleMy experience with CJ hole I've been a landlord for about 15 years I was born in Bristol I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and letting company's In the last year I tried cj hole Bishopston for renting some flats that I have in Bristol because I had a lot of trouble with my last agent. I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.
