GoogleWe have recently rented a house with CJ Hole Bishopston and we are more than happy with the service provided by the agency. They have been very nice and helpful, specially Emily Baker, who has been managing all the problems we have found at the property even when she was not at the office. We higly recommend the Agency.

Both Eerena Stone and Emily Baker have helped with immediate effect, by having a new bathroom appliance fitted, that replaced a worn out shower. This needed to be done a.s.a.p. and it was. GoogleMilli Rendell showed me around the property and was our initial contact. She was really friendly helpful and professional. She turned up on time and was very easy to chat to then and in our following telephone conversations. Much better experience than with any other estate agent I have used in the past. Very much recommended branch of CJ Hole! (don't use the one on North st Bedminster, it's ran by unprofessional children and have higher fees. Hate them with a passion!!!)

GoogleBrilliant team, friendly and efficient. I have a number of rental properties each with their own quirky maintenance needs and the Gloucester Road team, including Kat, Eerena and Emily, manage all these issues, emergencies and repairs, keep the flats in good condition and the tenants happy.

GoogleEerena and Kelly made the entire house moving process an absolute pleasure. It was hassle free and extremely professional but also incredibly friendly! They answered any questions we had including a stupid phone call from us regarding how to turn on the extraction fan in the bathroom!

GoogleI walked in new at this and stressing as I needed a place to live, the service was professional, friendly and as I walked in at the right moment, quick. Milli Rendell was lovely, she took my details, told me about a place and then took me to view it, I said yes, the whole experience took less than an hour. If I ever do it again CJ Hole is five star. GoogleI recently rented a flat through CJ Hole, I had previously had a look at other flats through various agencies. CJ Hole accommodated the fact that I couldn't view flats until late in the evening due to work and their online documents enabled me to sign everything and get the references sorted quickly and effectively. I collected the keys and they have supplied me with everything I need to get sorted. They were fab! Massive thanks!

GoogleOur experience with Milli was really great. She met us early to show us around the house and was full of information and able to ask any questions that we needed answering. She was also really patient with us in areas that we were unsure about, and gave us time to think about the situation that we were in, so that we didn't feel hassled. She was extremely friendly and it was overall stress-free.

GoogleDealt with CJ Hole when selling a property in Bristol. I would highly recommend them - great service and weekly updates with lots of detail. Never hardly had to call them or chase them as they were always so on the ball. Joe was the person I mainly dealt with and he was excellent.
