GoogleMy Property Manager was Skye Hutchins. She was diligent and well organised, an excellent communicator and honest in her outlook, managing expectations. She has a very personable manner and when I had a problem with a Tennent and payments, she worked really hard to liaise with the tenants, to help them find a solution. She kept me informed every step of the way and I believe her professionalism and continued communication was what turned things around in the end.

GoogleAlthough we haven’t found our house yet, we have attended a few viewings with CJHole, Freya has shown us around each time and has been very professional, helpful and friendly throughout!

GoogleKerry at C J Hole was very efficient, friendly and without her help we would probably still be waiting for the sale to go through. Cannot recommend this estate agent enough, communication is superb and the best estate agent we have ever used. May pay a bit more but definately worth it. Well done the whole team and thank you

We are very sorry that today’s viewing had to be cancelled due to a member of staff becoming unwell. We attempted to contact you as soon as possible and left a message advising of the situation. The appointment has since been rearranged for tomorrow, and we again apologise for any inconvenience caused. This cancellation was entirely unforeseen, which I hope you can appreciate, having previously cancelled several viewings with us yourself at short notice and failing to attend a viewing last week without providing any prior notice. In light of this and the high number of viewings we have had with you previously, we are disappointed that you felt it necessary to leave a negative review following today’s cancellation. We always endeavour to act professionally and communicate promptly, and we trust you can appreciate that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise.

GoogleI have recently viewed a few properties with CJ Hole and am now buying one through them. The communication from Freja, my agent, has been excellent, she has answered questions quickly and demonstrated good knowledge of the market and processes. The agency have been much better than all of their competitors in the many viewings I have completed.

GoogleWe recently had a viewing with the agent FA from sales. We were allowed ample time inside to thouroughly view the property, which was a nice surprise. The agent was friendly and had done her homework, providing the information we needed. Great display of professionalism, on par with MF from property management.

In fact I was so impressed with the service CJ Hole provided that what was initially a temporary rental has evolved into a more permanent arrangement and here I am, still a happy and very satisfied client, nearly three years later! GoogleThe initial valuation of the property I was selling was probably far too high, so the price had to be reduced a couple of times to get a sale. Apart from that, the whole team of sales negotiators and the sales progressor at CJ Hole were outstanding and very helpful with good guidance along the way. The sale hit a few bumps through no fault of CJ Hole but the team, particularly Clare helped me along the way and was fantastic.
