GoogleSeems like sellers have left some good reviews. We haven't used them for sales because they tried to charge double what our other agent did the job for. From a buyers perspective, I was also not impressed. They charged us for ID checks which no other estate agent ever has (we have delt with many). Additionally we had some quite unprofessional emails from George, which does not make us want to work with them in future.

We have not visited your property or provided a valuation, so any comparison regarding fees appears to stem from a misunderstanding. The ID check charge reflects current AML requirements followed by many agents, though practices do vary. In terms of communication, we’re sorry if any messages felt unwelcome. We were acting out of a responsibility to our vendor, who had taken their property off the market in good faith, and without disclosure you were viewing, offering and progressing on another property and our aim is to keep them appropriately informed. GoogleAs a first time buyer I don't have any perspective, but I found my experience with CJ Hole very nice. The communication with them was brilliant and they were very accomodating when we wanted to do viewings. Special thanks to Ethan for initially showing us around the property who was super lovely. And also thank you to Minnie and Jess for progressing our sale and being so quick to answer any queries. Just wish our solicitor was as smooth as our estate agent!
