During what became a tortuous process we had dealings at various stages with numerous estate agents. We were glad that we were with CJ Hole Kingswood for our sale. Thoroughly professional and responsive all the way through. In particular, Kerry stood out as always going the extra mile and doing more than she was obliged to In particular when our buyers suddenly pulled out she came up with new buyers in less than 24 hours! I met Donna 8 years ago when I was the buyer on a flat she sold. I was very impressed with how organised she was & how much she kept me in the loop ( despite her acting for the seller). I can strongly recommend CJHole, Downend. Due to the state of the market it took an extended period of time to sell my proprty. However, throughout the whole time David Whitmee and his team acted with great professionalism, friendly, courteous and realistic! I highly recommend the team at C J Hole. They sold our property very quickly, after we lost three previous sales with another estate agent due to the house being a Laing Easiform construction. Rob, who is one of the nicest estate agents you could meet, organised great photos, with an honest, yet excellent, description. This was no mean feat given this was an empty house, following a bereavement, that also had very dated decor and fittings, and in the last few years very little maintenance. Clare who took over the sales process was awesome, talking me off the ledge more than once when we appeared to have one delay after another, on what had originally appeared to be a straightforward chain free sale. Everyone at C J Hole is courteous and responds promptly to any queries or concerns. I cannot recommend this team enough. If I was selling or buying a property in Bristol then this is the team I would use. Thank you, you are all amazing.
