GoogleThank you so much to the sales team at CJHole for helping us to sell our house. We were really impressed with the effort the whole team put into getting the house sold, after a disappointing experience with our previous agent, the contrast was massive. Anmol, Cameron, Paige and David all communicated really well with us and gave good feedback after viewings. Julie took care of after offer progression and we really appreciated the weekly phone updates to let us know how things were going and to keep things on track. Massive thanks to all of you for your effort and professional attitude all through the process!

GoogleI thought all the team were very helpful and knowledgeable in their roles. It was my first time buying and they guided me through with any uncertainties I had. A particular thank you to Thomas who twice came round to let me view the property. And a special mention to Jess who responded either by phone or email instantly with any changes or quick action needed in the completion process. GoogleFrom the off we found CJ Hole to be a professional and consistently efficient estate agent with superb levels of communication that always kept us engaged with any matters arising. I particularly liked the way that CJ Hole provides you with support from individual specialist advisors as you are walked through each step of the process, from marketing, through to viewings and the final sell and completion stages. As we were selling on behalf of our Mum, our confidence in Cameron and Anmol grew as trusted advisors, to the extent we could relax and allow them to show potential buyers around the property without our having to accompany Mum at each viewing. David was incredible with his steadfast support in discussing and clarifying matters with our solicitors. No doubt the selling was an all-round team effort, but special mention and praise to Pascha (marketing), Cameron and Anmol (viewings), David, and Julie final stages of the sale. The upshot is that they sold the property for us and in good time. I would certainly go back to them should I need to sell my house.

GoogleJenni and her fabulous team at CJHole were all fantastic when we recently sold our family home of 57 years! Jeremy was so helpful and professional when he carried out the valuation and as a result we felt confident that we would receive a first rate service from this agency. The particulars were completed very quickly and to a very high standard with great photography too, and although we indicated that we would not be ready to go to market for a month or so, a buyer was actually found before the house went on Rightmove - a great result all round. The whole process was relatively pain free (unusual with house sales), we were given valuable advice and guidance throughout by everyone in the Sales team. Jenni, Louisa, Molly, Sarah and Jodie were all extremely efficient and we were constantly kept informed throughout the various stages of the sale. Communication was first class, particularly with Jenni as we approached completion. Apologies if I have missed out anyone but we were extremely impressed by the whole team and the level of service we received and I would thoroughly recommend CJHole to other prospective vendors.
