GoogleBe aware of what you're told on viewings. I was told that as part of the sale a fixture would be left at the property and to wait for the F&F form to come through to confirm that I wanted to keep it. I've since been told that the fixture has been removed and I should have made sure that it was stated on the sales memo. And of course they are now not taking any responsibility for the misinformation and have advised that a verbal agreement means nothing!

GoogleWe had 4 quotes completed by Cheltenham based estate agents and chose Jeremy at CJ Hole as he had clearly done his research on the property, gave me an honest view and a competitive price. Two initial things I really liked were the team viewings of the property so that everyone hosting viewings knew the property and all the details. Secondly, the recommended professional photographer was amazing. Highly recommend everyone use this service - it’s a small cost in the grand scheme of things and the photos looked great. CJ Hole was quick to get viewings in, had lined up prospective buyers before the property had gone live online. We had a few offers within a couple of weeks and agreed a buyer shortly after. Jenni was our main contact and she has been fantastic. Always responding to phone calls or emails, answer any questions and was a great go between the solicitors and our buyer making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so pleased we chose CJ Hole. His friendly demeanor and professionalism set him apart from the other estate agents that we had met. GoogleA million thank-yous....... Is not enough.We are trying to find the right words to describe the team. From the first day that Donna came to our house we were immediately put at ease.Any questions were quickly answered.With Eva taking charge and Oscar doing the viewings things moved forward at quite a speed. Viewings are easily arranged with plenty of notice. We did have a hiccup but that was due to our buyer..These things happen. We have to say that this team worked extremely hard and within a couple of days have found another buyer for us and saved us from losing the perfect house. Communication is spot on with us being informed at all times exactly what was happening. We cannot express how grateful we are. We would easily recommend this team to anyone. Many many thanks Paul & Jo Hi all. Okay so we have now moved in and been here 2 weeks.Internet has been sorted so can now leave a final message for all at the Kingswood branch. The moving day arrived after constant chasing by Eva. We were informed daily on the progress being made.The agents we bought from was a little slow.The handing over of keys was a breeze. We had a couple of questions that were quickly answered. This team here really do know their stuff. It's not just about a sell but about the follow up along with it. Like I said a million thank you's is not enough and we really can't express our gratitude. Just to finish that by the end it feel more like your friends sorting this rather than just an agent. GoogleWe first approached CJ Hole Clifton in Dec 2019 and sold our property just before the pandemic. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to lockdown. We had a few difficult months following that but managed to sell at the end of summer 2020. Despite a very long road to exchange and completion, Marcus and Luke (and the wider team) have been excellent at representing us, chasing the relevant parties and have communicated frequently and transparently.
