GoogleAlthough I wasn’t able to do the viewing prior to pay the deposit (due to the pandemic), I decided to rely on the pictures and video on the advertisement and I wasn’t disappointed. The place is exactly like the pictures and video. I’ve been living in the property for 1 month, and so far I was promptly and kindly assisted with all questions and concerns I had by now. GoogleExcellent customer service! 100% recommended if relocating from outside the UK! I just moved to the UK from France and finding an appartment has been very tough. The whole team has supported me promptly and efficiently through all the twists and turns of this past year; setting up new contracts, keeping checks on certification, and organising contractors to do repair works. Rafal has particular responsibility for the day to day running of the properties. It's good to know that he is there to sort out any problems, especially as he is very good in doing so.
