GoogleWe have just sold our flat using C J Hole Henleaze and Westbury on Trym branches. We were impressed by our initial meeting with George Mawer in particular his friendly approach, excellent local knowledge of the housing market and professional attitude. We were then introduced to more of the team who helped us with the marketing aspect of the flat. Everyone we met was professional, we did have a minor issue with attention to detail on our properties particulars but that was rectified efficiently. C J Hole were helpful, communicative and helped us achieve a great price for our flat.

The viewings in Alex’s hands were convenient, and handled well. Feedback was prompt, and Molly was on the case with information. Sale achieved, and Dianne and Lucy presided over its progression to completion excellently. We have already recommended them, and again a sale resulted. GoogleFinding a flat in these current times isnt easy. Especially if unemployed or looking for work. However I I discouvered a flat in landsdown Cheltenham. Met a very pleasant professional letting agent called Molly who did the viewing. Molly was very helpful and informative. Even though not all queries were answered. Molly tried to find the answers online. Molly was very supportive during the legal process signings was able to guide me through the sending documents required for reference checks. So I would recommend cj hole they're very helpful.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFollowing the sudden death of my father, I was left to deal with the property. Matt from CJ Hole came to give a probate valuation. He was so professional, but warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. He offered to help provide links with services such as gardening ... but also was able to help me re-home my dad's much adored cat Belle. In stepped Helen, Branch Operations Manager. She even welcomed me to her home for a visit. The sale has been dogged by delays due to Covid-19 lockdown, mortgage offers expiring etc, but the team (Matt, Helen and Tom) have worked tirelessly and cheerfully to bring everything to completion.
