GoogleThere are not enough words to say how amazing all the team at CJ Hole are from the moment Donna came to our home we felt like friends were helping us to sell our house. We could call at anytime and Donna, Eva and Oscar were always happy to answer any questions that we had no matter how busy they were. They all work so hard and kept us well informed of the progress of not only the house we were selling but the house that we were buying, Eva was absolutely amazing chasing our solicitors and our sellers estate agents daily and some days hourly :):) . Eva was determined to get us into our new home asap. also it was important to her that our buyers were kept well informed too. We would highly recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. GoogleHi I have been in touch with CJ hole bishopstone team as I have been going through a house purchase. I am only writing this from buyers point of view. I found CJ hole Bishopstone members very responsive. They were usually quite quick in replying to emails and calls. They were also very good at chasing parties to make the exchange happen on time. I also found them a good team workers. when one member is off the others try to cover them up. Even though I have seen a minor miscommunication that cased a bit of problem, I would generally recommend CJ hole Bishopstone.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI have bought and sold two properties through CJ Hole and found their services to be very professional. They have good local knowledge and the Westbury and Henleaze offices work as a team, so there are plenty of staff available for viewings and support. Within 24hrs of putting my last property on the market there were 22 viewings booked, with more to follow in the next few days. She is super responsive and super understanding of the 11 hour time difference! GoogleWe have used CJ Hole twice and have had a brilliant experience on both occasions. Both times our property has sold on the first day of viewings as they invite people they believe would be interested - so all viewings are relevant prospective buyers. We found the office to be very responsive and only too pleased to help with anything we needed - and we were always able to get in touch which isn’t always the case for estate agents. If you are looking to sell your property I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole - great service and we will definitely be using them if and when we move in future.

After finding our property we were able to quickly arrange a viewing within a couple of hours of sending an enquiry, for the next day (on a Saturday which was great!) and we decided we wanted to take it, so on the Monday we started the process, it all moved nice and quickly and all our questions were answered swiftly and professionally and even when we had a second viewing and there was an issue with access to the property it was dealt with efficiently.
