GoogleAfter bad experiences from other local estate agents who promised the world, my property spent months on the market. I had heard excellent reviews for CJ Hole Redfield and decided to give them a call. I was apprehensive and doubtful. All that changed and faded away when CJ Hole's top estate agent, Kevin walked through my door. He was honest from the outset and completely transparent. He kept in touch throughout the transaction (I never had to chase) and within one week - he found a buyer who was ready to go! I was in disbelief. This gentleman is a true pleasure to work with. You are extremely fortunate if Kevin is your estate agent - honestly. The transaction had it's challenges through no fault of CJ Hole, and with their perserverance and Kevin's professionalism all the bumps in the road smoothed out and my HOUSE SOLD ! If you are reading this Kevin, THANK YOU SOO MUCH. You're always going to be remembered fondly for this fantastic experience. Honestly - do no waste your time and go elsewhere, if you want your house sold or you want a pleasant sale/purchase transaction Kevin @ CJ Hole is your guy.

She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, replying to emails quickly and answering every (silly) question I have! GoogleI couldn't recommend CJ Hole enough, throughout the whole process they were so understanding, supportive and kind. In the time I was looking for a property, I came across a few other estate agencies in Bristol, I was extremely shocked at their level of customer service. CJ Hole stood out as the absolute best ! GoogleWe have just bought our first home through CJ Hole and Sophie, our agent, was so helpful from start to finish. Completely professional and friendly. We were kept updated throughout, with quick responses to any questions and queries. We would highly recommend their services as we were very well looked after.

GoogleTerrible experience! Would not recommend! If you want to live at one of their properties be prepare to be frustrated and complain multiple times, with nothing being done. I have been at their property for about 2 months now and my wifi is still giving me issues. I have had to complain multiple times for them to even acknowledge the problem then another 2 weeks before someone checked it out and its been more than a month now and am still having issues. Furthermore, other issues that I have registered a complain about haven’t been resolved, even when i have spoken to a representative and told them that this needs to be replaced but nothings been done. Lastly they don't keep the tenants updated about the facilities in the room, such as how the oven is suppose to work, as it need to be opened a certain way to work but no i found that out from a friend after she emailed and called cj hole a couple times. Another example being the heaters only working a couple hrs a day, thats fine but we weren't told about that until about a week ago? Im not sure how they expect to know.
