GoogleI would like to give CJ Hole and in particular Michael Denham a five star rating for their letting services. The agency was very effective in organising the initial viewing of the property that I subsequently rented. Michael was very responsive to my requests as a tenant and was able to submit my offer straight away and provide exactly what I needed. With excellent communication and organisation skills he successfully managed the process from offer through to my move to the property, always attentive to both mine and the landlord’s requirements. Thanks for a great service!!

GoogleC J Hole had a difficult task in selling my brothers home as he is profoundly deaf and communication can sometimes be difficult. Tim O Sullivan took on the valuation and marketing and achieved a good figure and throughout the transaction kept me up to date with the chain. He and his team are very kind and have been very patient with my brother and I and have gone out of their way to assist us. An excellent agency and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the area with property to sell.
