Hi I have been in touch with CJ hole bishopstone team as I have been going through a house purchase. I am only writing this from buyers point of view. I found CJ hole Bishopstone members very responsive. They were usually quite quick in replying to emails and calls. They were also very good at chasing parties to make the exchange happen on time. I also found them a good team workers. when one member is off the others try to cover them up. Even though I have seen a minor miscommunication that cased a bit of problem, I would generally recommend CJ hole Bishopstone.

Having now moved in to a new property I can reflect on my experiences with CJ Hole. Very good, detailed listings and a rush free, Covid safe viewing with Michael. Application, referencing and contract process very smooth, prompt, with fantastic, friendly and efficient communication from Magda and Sara which really helped my confidence in the arrangements being made. The only niggle (which is not the fault of CJ Hole) is that Homelet, the partner referencing agency are a little ott on frequency of emails, calls and texts to try and sell their add on services (such as home insurance, internet), after the main referencing is signed off. Key collection and rent checks were also promptly arranged and Covid safe. I would happily recommend CJ Hole as a trustworthy letting agent based on my experiences.

We worked with CJ Hole in Bishopston to sell our flat in Montpelier. They were fantastic from the initial meeting to completion. After excellent photos, they organised a very successful set of viewings and sourced a number of excellent offers. We were handled by a key team and never felt like we were bounced from person to person. We really got a personal service. They also were competatively priced. When issues arose, they were always responsive and helpful. We were aiming to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and the team at C J Hole worked very hard to ensure we met it. I was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process. Rowena kept things moving and was constantly updating me on progress as well as progressing the buyers and their legal team. I am renting a property in Charlton Hayes, and the property is managed by CJ Hole Bradley Stoke. Absolutely terrible…. The shower broke on the 2nd of July, today the 12th of July still unfixed. Shower unit can be bought from BandQ or Screwfix of the shelf but . Apparently a contractor has been awarded the job and are waiting for the part. It is a shower unit not an aerospace engine, how long it take to be delivered? This is the ONLY shower in the flat. I asked today if someone can actually go and get it from screwfix but the answer was no , basically stay and stink even if I pay £1000 per month Appalling and unprofessional, from a bunch of underpaid young people which they call themselves professional!
