I am a painting and decorating contractor in Cheltenham and have been completing projects for CJ hole for the last 3 years. I am their main contractors and it’s always a pleasure doing business with this company. I work closely with Justin, Thomas & Andy from the Letting Property Management team who I find to be friendly, punctual and responsive. Our projects always run smoothly and effortlessly with thanks to our close working relationship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

I sold a house through this estate agents. I’ll be totally honest - I have dealt with another branch of CJ Hole for lettings in the past and have had a terrible experience, so was very skeptical choosing them to sell my property. However, I could not be happier with their wonderful service! Kevin and Bonnie were polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and were genuinely invested in helping me get the right buyer and the right price for the house. Another agent in the area whom I approached for a quote seemed to only be interested in a fast sale. I highly recommend using CJ Hole to sell, they are fantastic at their job. First class service from their whole team. The sale of the property dragged on a while with a couple of false starts/issues (not theirs) but CJ Hole stuck at it, and did everything they could and more with all parties to make sure it completed. Would very highly recommend using them.

We cannot recommend the team at C J Hole Burnham-on-sea enough, our purchase was delayed by solicitors but Natalie was very helpful and intervened on several occasions to help, communication was absolutely spot on and a pleasure to deal with the staff there overall. Thank you guys!

They do not know how to manage a building. When I checked in for the first time in one of their buildings, the freezer door was broken, the oven didn't work and the shower floor was broken. If you need something to be fixed it will take more than a month for it to be fixed. They don't keep the tenants updated either. They do not keep the building clean. Overall awful.
