GoogleWe have just sold our Bristol flat. It was a complicated sale because of all the rules surrounding Leasehold properties,the fact that we had a tenant in the flat until the last moment and the fact we live in Birmingham. Justin handled all of these factors magnificently. His calm and reassuring presence helped ease our concerns. He answered all our emails( and there were a lot!) very speedily and knowledgeably.. Thoroughly deserves five stars.

GoogleMyself and my partner were first time buyers, the amazing team at CJ Hole, Hucclecote made the whole experience so easy! They kept us updated via email and calls, anytime we contacted them they replied promptly and always did their best to answer our queries. We also got a lovely welcome pack which was a special touch. GoogleI couldn't recommend the team at CJ Hole Kingswood enough. We were first-time buyers and saw 20+ houses in the search for finding somewhere we could call our first home together. Isacc and Vicky were, without doubt, the friendliest estate agents we met in our searches. They made time to get to know us as well as being really well informed. Once we were progressed through to the sale, we were fortunate enough to have Kerry guide us through the process. Kerry helped us understand everything we had to do and got us over the line when there were complications. Kerry would keep us well informed and eased any concerns we had. When there were problems, she would give us all the possible solutions, meaning that we could make the most effective decisions for us.

GoogleDefinitely AB’ FAB’! I cannot recommend Claire, Charlotte and the team highly enough. As a first time buyer I would be in the absolutely clueless category! Therefore, having access to these extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, kind and considerate people was key. They went above and beyond and made what could have been a ‘Bay of Biscay’ choppy sea crossing experience seem like a rowing boat floating on a millpond on a clear summer’s day. Claire’s assistance and advice was invaluable and they are people that it is simply a joy to spend time with. Look no further.

GoogleI used CJ Hole for the sale of my Dads flat this year and found them very efficient. They certainly got me lots of viewings and from then on kept in touch through the sale even though sometimes things got a bit tense they were always very supportive and chased things up for me. GoogleThe whole team at CJ Hole Bristol Kingswood were outstanding for the whole duration of our tenancy, however Scott Tanner was especially brilliant! He changed our opinions of our previous letting agents (not CJ Hole) which had left us with little confidence. My partner and I were always replied to with a short turn around times, even when things were tricky through lockdown with a professional and polite manner, all round great service throughout 10/10. The workmen they use were always of a high standard and kept us in the loop with work needing to be carried out, again setting an amazing standard especially compared to previous letting agent experiences. We'd like to say thanks for helping us through a tough time and we wish you all the best. Thanks!

GoogleAs first time buyers we had a gruelling time with our solicitor, but Lorraine definitely alleviated the situation, helping us get the house before our mortgage offer expiry; through communicating back and forth endless enquiries from our solicitors to the other side for nearly 6 months! We had a very good experience with CJ Hole Westbury, and Lorraine provided us with careful attention and detailed daily updates! Cannot thank enough the whole Westbury team, and most especially dear Lorraine! Thank you all! 😊

GoogleTim and his team worked so hard to sell my property and were very good about keeping me in the loop whenever there was a viewing. Mine was not an easy property to sell but CJ Hole managed to do this with minimum fuss and a professional but friendly manner throughout.
