GoogleAs a Conveyancer on the South Coast, I deal with lots of estate agents on all sorts of transactions. Eva Lacey was the estate agent dealing with a recent sale for my clients. The matter was quite a tricky one and without Eva's determination and sense of teamwork, I am not sure we would have reached an exchange. GoogleWe have used a number of letting agents in Cheltenham, and without doubt C J Hole has surpassed our expectations and are now our go to choice for lettings. We have four properties with them on a fully managed service, they respond quickly to our emails and are always on top of any issues. The latest property took just hours from property visit to being listed on Rightmove, and days to a successful let. Will continue to use them for future lettings. Excellent service all round.

GoogleWe've used CJ Hole for two house sales now and they're always professional and don't hang around. The sign was up within 24 hours and came down on the day of the sale completing. Always good advice and well organised viewings. Most importantly they phone you with weekly updates on progress and aware of any possible issues with the full chain - something that isn't that common with on-line agents. More expensive than on-line - yes, but well worth it if you want as little stress as possible.

GoogleCj Hole were recommended to me by a friend who had personal experience and I am so glad they did. They found a buyer even before the full marketing had started! Jenni, in particular, was particularly good. Not only in her responsiveness (and always ringing you back!) but her detailed knowledge of exactly what was going on with the process and all down the chain. GoogleReally supportive team at CJ Hole helped us through the process as first-time buyers, really appreciated as it was not always straightforward. After a successful completion we decided to stick with CJ Hole to manage the letting of our property as we'd had such a good experience with them. Everyone we spoke to throughout was very nice and helpful, and special thanks to Rowena in the Sales team for keeping us updated and all the effort she put in going between all parties in the chain to help us complete!

GoogleThis is the worst company i’ve ever dealt with. We rented a house then we found it full of cockroaches and plumbing problems. Really disgusting house and very bad service.

GoogleWe had a great experience using CJ hole for the sale of our property. They were efficient, they would get in contact with us a lot, letting us know how things were going. Debbie was a big help and always seemed to go the extra step to help us push towards our sale. If we were to move again we would definitely use CJ hole and personally ask for Debbie!
