GoogleWe recently used CJ Hole to sell our property when we found our dream home and had to move quickly to get ours on the market to be able to proceed. Tim was really helpful and we managed to get our house on the market quickly and with minimal fuss. The sale process itself was relatively straightforward and the team at CJ Hole kept us informed throughout. We are not planning to move again but would not hesitate in recommending CJ Hole to anyone that is looking to sell.

GoogleAs a buyer I found this agent polite, helpful and informative. They did a good job for their client. My main criticism would be the branch location in Burnham-on-Sea and parking challenges when we needed e.g. to physically provide them with information for due diligence.

GoogleWhilst initially being mislead regarding our buyers situation and subsequently ending up in a chain that dragged on for many months, we were most fortunate to have a very proactive, hardworking individual with a never give up attitude who helped us get things done when it really mattered. If you are buying or selling through CJ Hole Kingswood, I would strongly recommend Kerry as your sales Progressor. Not only will Kerry do what she says she will do, she will also take on the work your solicitor should be doing for you. 5 Starts for Kerry, 2.5 for CJ Hole Kingswood.

Everyone was friendly and approachable and quick to respond to any contact I made with them.They were on top of the sell of my property from the initial marketing right through to completion, constantly liaising with the buyer and both solicitors ensuring nobody was dragging their heels.I was kept fully up to date throughout. Buying or selling, they would be my first choice.
