All the people who work in the Cirencester office are über friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile, special thanks to Ben Edis who was appointed to our tenancy. :)

GoogleMike Davis and his team have been providing services for our two family properties for over 7 years, initially through the Lettings department and most recently in the sale of my home in Kingshill Meadow. The Lettings department is both helpful and professional, managing all tenancy related matters speedily and efficiently. The recent sale of my home could have been fraught with difficulties due to my move abroad with an 8 hour time change. However Charlie Bond and Daniel Park went above and beyond to make my life easier at that stressful time. I did get an offer before we left England, although it fell through, so was relieved and delighted on my arrival in Canada to learn a serious buyer with a better offer had been secured. Through Daniel’s efforts, we successfully managed to achieve the needed outcome for both parties. Many thanks to Dan, Mike, Charlie and the whole team!

GoogleWe recently completed on the sale of our property which was successfully marketed through CJ Hole in Cheltenham. Jackie, Jenni and the team are very pleasant and professional in their approach and provided regular updates on progress. Whilst we had a significant number of viewings over the marketing period, we had to reposition the property, which led to the eventual sale.

GoogleI used C J Hole to find tenants for my rental property for 10 years so when I wanted to sell the property, they were the obvious choice. Jackie was friendly but professional from the start and advised me on what decorations and repairs were required before placing the property on the market. She then helped me achieve the full asking price on the property. But her help didn't stop there, she and her team continued to help push the sale through until I exchanged contracts with the buyers. Very happy with their service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C J Hole for both managing rentals and for selling properties.

GoogleFrom start to finish CJ Hole have been brilliant. From our initial meeting with James, who gave us an appraisal and rundown of the services offered, through to Ben who took the pictures and handled our sale, and then on to Zara who did a sterling job of managing our very complex chain. Can't thank them enough. Estate agents don't always have the best reputation, but CJ Hole went above and beyond my expectations and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
