GoogleThe worst experience with an estate agency in my life. Within 3 months since the tenancy started they managed break the contract by letting stranger into our property without any notice. Also They gave away our personal detail to 3th party which has been opening and closing contracts in out names. They are no flexible at all and if you need something you have to go to the branch in person. I'm finding this agency stress and trouble making and not reliable what so ever. They have no boundries and lie is what they do. After moving to the property it took a year and half to sort all issues. On the end the landlord went with different agency after we talk and found out that they have been also lying to the land lord about issues and the state of the property.

GoogleWe had a bit of a nightmare time with our purchase due to terrible solicitors in the chain, but Chloe Brutto (sales progression team) was fantastic at constantly chasing, attempting to get updates and keeping on their heels. She would always provide updates when she had heard anything.
The process of viewing/offering and starting the purchase was simple as the communication had been so good with the rest of the team also.
