GoogleIf I could give CJ Hole 10 stars I would. From George and the sales team in Westbury-On-Trym who made selling our home so straightforward to Lorraine in Henleaze who managed to progress the chain when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont think our chain would have completed at all without her! In an industry where standards of customer care dont seem to be very high CJ Hole are a shining example of how to look after your customers during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough and my family and I are so grateful for all the help and support CJ Hole have given us!

GoogleI was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process. Rowena kept things moving and was constantly updating me on progress as well as progressing the buyers and their legal team. GoogleAlex RB from CJ Hole was extremely helpful when we were having issues renting a flat. Though we found a place through open rent in the end, he went above and beyond to help after we were turned down for a few tenancies - emailing me other places that were going to come up on the market and checking in with us after I was pretty gutted at not getting somewhere. A genuinely nice guy and would recommend him - he really seems to care.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. We've just sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston having previously purchased it through them, on both occasions they were great. On our recent sale, Alex had good knowledge of the market and generated significant interest and a sale price in excess of asking. Rowena supported us over the months towards completion, it was challenging at times for a variety of reasons but she held everything together and kept us fully informed.

GoogleHad a good experience with the Cirencester CJ Hole team selling my house. Although, it took 7 months to get a sale (in the current more difficult climate), they kept me well-informed of viewings and feedback. My contact was Dan who was helpful and proactive in pushing the sale forward. They were also accommodating at arranging someone to help with the garden and doing meter readings/collecting post, given that I no longer live close to the property.

GoogleWe have used C J Hole as letting agents for at least the past 10 years. Either Claire, Danielle or Ami are available to sort any issues arising and we know that our properties are in safe hands with them. The team is consistent and we have built up a good relationship with them during these years. More recently we took the plunge and sold our own house. Naturally we chose CJ Hole as our selling agent. Tim and Emma supported us through the process and we are delighted to now be in our new home. Would recommend - buying, selling or letting.

GoogleI have just endured a rather protracted flat sale and I can honestly say that without C J Hole, I might have gone quite mad. They have been consistently friendly, funny, wise and efficient. Every call answered promptly, every e-mail responded to and lots of energy expended chasing solicitors, builders and surveyors on my behalf. I drank them dry of coffee, had a couple of shouting fits when I needed them and dropped in whenever I needed to get a sensible opinion. They also helped me communicate with my buyers, exchanging useful information without always going via the solicitors. Right from the outset, they got me 22 viewings in 3 days and an excellent sale price. Where they really earned their keep though was the constant support and encouragement to shepherd me through the quagmire of what followed. It made a huge difference to feel that you weren't on your own just because the sale had been agreed. I would use them again without hesitation. I'm in no rush to ever sell again, but I will miss the free coffee......
