GoogleCJ Hole provided me with a first class service from the start to completion. George is an excellent assessor of the value of your property and was amazing at setting up viewings promptly and finding the right buyer. Lorraine then co ordinated the relevant parties through to completion with great diplomatic skills. The rest of the team were always available to answer questions and pass on messages. Selling a property is a stressful exercise and is very good to have a supportive agent that you have confidence in.

GoogleIt's so upsetting and anxiety provoking when I fulfil everything I have to, keeping my flat in an immaculate condition, furnish it like it's your own, always pay rent, make improvements at my own cost, to be treated so terribly unfairly. My beautiful 70s theme lounge has had mould, damp, water leakage since moving in. I've reported everything, as is my duty but repairs are left to get worse and I'm agued with and sometimes even blamed!! My beautiful furniture / items are now damaged and have not been restored /replaced. I've just had to replace the washing machine that's never worked, too. It's hard to feel safe when immediate neighbours are inappropriate and involved with disability hate, ASB and again nothing's done. It's really difficult and depressing. Private renting in this town is hellish. There should be more help and regulation to protect fabulous tenants like me. I more than fulfil my obligations. I'm afraid letting agents and landlords repeatedly do not.

GoogleWe received excellent service from the team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke who recently sold our home. Helen from the sales progression team was amazing and went above and beyond to communicate with other agents and solicitors up and down the chain. She kept us in the loop throughout the process which helped put our minds at ease on several occasions during periods of uncertainty. Helen made sure that her colleagues were briefed on the progress of our sale and purchase so that someone could help us if she was unavailable. The rest of the team were also very helpful and friendly which was greatly appreciated during a stressful time. We are now settling into our new home, and we couldn’t have done it without Helen and team. Thank you CJ Hole!

GoogleWe initially went with Goodman and Lilley for our sale which was a huge mistake as they are dreadful. We went back to CJ Hole after having a bad time and they provided an excellent service in the recent sale of our property. From the initial contact to the subsequent sale, every step has been handled professionally and re assuringly. We were very anxious and stressed starting the process again from scratch but Lorraine kept us up to date with progress the whole way along, she was also very good in communicating with our onward purchases estate agent. The experience from start to finish was great, and our stresses were well managed throughout. We would highly recommended them to anyone looking to sell with a professional agency.

Jenni managed our process extremely professionally from start to finish, stoic at all times, always the most reliable and calm person among the chaos of our chain. She was constantly on top of everything, ever on-hand to keep us updated with the process, and was able to battle admirably against a strong current of idleness in order to get our process across the line in time. GoogleThis place doesn't cleanse their email marketing lists. I havent spoken to them since 2015 and have tried to unsubscribe and block them for 7 years with no luck. I still get emails now, despite trying to block them.

GoogleWe put our property up for sale mid December 21, first with one incompetent local agent then a second. By the end of June we had got precisely nowhere. Justin from CJ Hole visited the house on 28th June and exactly 4 weeks later they had found us a buyer at a very fair price. Not only were Justin and Ryan very efficient but they were always available to talk through any queries. I highly recommend them!
