The team at the Bishopston branch were brilliant and made the very stressful experience of buying a house on my own, as easy as it could be. I can't thank Emily Davies enough. From the first viewing to the moment I completed, she advised me, answered my many, many questions, reassured me and advocated on my behalf. I'm hugely grateful to her and Karly Hurcombe (who was relentless in her determination to get us to the exchange and completion stage!) and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house

C J Hole recently sold my property at BS3 and I want to highly recommend the company from beginning to completion. It was a very difficult sale I was dealing with but they dealt with it in a very sensitive and compassionate manner. I want to particularly recommend Ben Johnson who was dealing with the purchasers and price etc! . He was so supportive and took so much of the burden off my shoulders as was always there to deal with queries without problem. And very understanding of the situation I was in.So thank you Ben, appreciated you so much , what has been a very difficult journey. Would also like to mention Minnie Challoner in the Office for her input. Nothing was too much trouble. So thanks...Highly recommend these Estate Agents...We're faultless during my dealings with them.

Massive Thankyou to Jessica Warren who really helped push our sell through in time before our mortgage ended. She has been so kind throughout the whole sale with so much support for us as we were in a tricky situation as was in hospital about to have a bay aswel as stressing about the house selling and onward purchase going through before the mortgage ending. She really is a life savour and have really appreciated her pushing it all through, we are now so happy in our new home all thanks to Jessica Warren and the team at Cjhole Brislington Thankyou so much to Jess , Minnie , Ethan and Jack. We really wish we came to you sooner to sake our house as before you we had a rough time with selling etc. Will definitely be using you again in future if needed and recommending to any friends and family. Extremely poor communication, never get back to you. They try to get the price down on the house even when they have no viewers. Very pushy to put price down and hassle when you no longer want to use them. I DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend them

CJ hole sold my flat for asking price on the first viewing - the rest of the process was completely smooth and they kept my buyer happy through some challenges both with my sale and the rest of the chain. Shout out in particular to Jess and Minnie who helped to manage things when they got difficult at the top of the chain.

Thomas at CJ Hole has been brilliant. He’s so kind and polite, and has shown us multiple properties. He guides you through everything in a really friendly way with no pressure. I didn't manage to buy a property from CJ hole, but I viewed quite a few properties with Ethan. I always found it easy to book in viewings, and Ethan would always be on time. He was relaxed while showing the property, and I never felt pressured to hurry up. Ethan would find answers to questions about the property if he didn't know and If the property wasn't suitable he would recommend other appropriate properties. Thank you for your help!
