GoogleThroughout the long (and sometimes stressful!) process of selling my house I have felt completed supported by the whole team at C.J.Hole, but especially by Lorraine & Daniel. I've regularly been informed of the progression of my sale, my phone calls have always been answered (and returned the same day if the person I was calling wasn't immediately available) and I could not fault anything in the service I have received from them. I would wholeheartedly recommend C.J.Hole without any hesitation. A big 'Thank You' to you all!

GoogleWe have had such a great experience selling our house through the Kingswood CJ Hole office! The team were professional, experienced, warm and friendly and made what was a stressful time so much easier. Everyone we came into contact with was fantastic but a special mention needs to be made for Eva and Kerry who we dealt with most- they were incredibly reliable and on hand to offer valuable advice each step of the way, we would have no hesitation is recommending Kingswood CJ Hole to anyone selling in the area.

GoogleWe recently sold our late parents home through CJ Hole, Kingswood. The staff were an absolute pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the final day of the sale. They were very understanding of our situation and worked to our requirements. We were kept notified of every detail and were constantly updated by email and phone. We were very aware that the staff were constantly working behind the scenes to ensure every thing was going to plan. We cannot give a good enough review of our experience. We would strongly recommend them as excellent estate agents.

GoogleAs a successful buyer of a property, I can thoroughly recommend C J Hole, Southville. I was able to arrange a viewing very quickly and Cameron communicated very quickly to the seller re our offer and then back to me to say it had been accepted. Natalie in the Sales progression team was always speedy in her responses to all my queries throughout the buying process and was very helpful, with good advice and lovely and friendly. GoogleShameless company. Had staff members who were spineless and allowed the landlord to keep coming into our rental without notice, didn’t do anything to help.Just said “reason with her”. Don’t use.

GoogleIt's taken a while with the flurry of moving house but I wanted to congratulate CJ Hole for their excellent service. Both James and Victoria stepped up to help sell my flat in Redland and got it over the line with no hitches or delays. In fact, by changing estate agents to CJ Hole, after a bit of a slow start with another, they managed to increase the buying interest and also the sale price and I walked away with more than I initially anticipated. Friendly, attentive, super experienced and knowledgeable - I'd highly recommend both. Many thanks!

GoogleWith reference to my recent house sale. My experience with CJ Hole was brilliant, there were no unresolved issues, no hold ups, everything went very smoothly indeed. Lorraine was always there are the end of the phone: polite, friendly and professional. I never had to wait for a call back. I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole and all their staff. GoogleI applied for a rented property, had a call back and she was very rude, she put the phone down and got very big on attitude for the simple fact I couldn’t remember which one it was she rang about as I applied for a few. Disgusting.

GoogleCJ Hole had been amazing, weve looked at a couple of propertys and are extremely happy to say, weve been offered and excepted a letting. Lulu has been amazing answerimg any question we have and is always at the end of the phone when needed, cannot reccomend CJ HOLE and lulu enough. Everything has been smooth and easy.
