GoogleHaving to sell my mother's house to pay her care home fees immediately made the process emotional and difficult. However the team at CJ Hole were helpful and supportive the whole way. Thanks to all the team and particularly to Emma who chased up the solicitors when needed and kept me posted with regular updates.

GoogleOne of the worse estate agency in Bristol for sure, I have filled out the online application twice for the 26 epsom close before anyone else but with no reason my application was rejected I lost two opportunities while I was waiting for this property, I have been told by one of the staff that will let me know before anyone else's, lie after lie.

Your 2nd application was received and sent to the landlord but they decided it wasn't suitable for them. We are sorry that this was the case, but unfortunately this was not our decision. GoogleWonderful experience with CJ Hole! Kayleigh was absolutely fabulous at sorting the property me and my partner just secured. Really helpful with the whole process and communication from all members of staff we dealt with was top standard, we never felt like we were being forgotten or had to chase anything. We’ve never felt so happy with the whole process, moving and looking for properties can be stressful at the best of times but CJ hole made it seem a breeze! Thanks again :)

GoogleI rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that CJ Hole were incredibly helpful and made the rental process and moving stress free. In particular, Emma Jenkins who dealt with my tenancy was exemplary in her approach to detail, and her manner and customer service was absolutely on point - warm, congenial, professional and above all kind. Could not reccomend more.

GoogleWhen deciding who to choose to sell my property, I chose CJ Hole as they made me feel like they were genuinely excited to sell it. Josh who came to see me, was great in explaining how things would work and timings and costings etc. His visit definitely influenced me to choose them to sell my house. The rest of the team in Clifton were also really helpful during the process.

GoogleJust purchased our first home with CJ Hole - Clifton Branch. James was very helpful in trying to book viewings around when was easier for us which was great. Victoria was also very helpful with keeping us informed and responding really quickly to our emails and answered any queries we had. Overall the service was amazing and we are very glad our first property was purchased through them.

GoogleGreat service from a great team! CJ Hole provided a great service - our flat sold just a week after putting it on the market! All the team members were really helpful, with special mentions to Josh and Victoria. Josh came and took some great photos of the flat, even with our pug dashing round his feet and trying to get in every picture. He also showed the flat with great enthusiasm to viewers, securing our sale rapidly. After this Victoria pushed through all the final details to make sure the sale went through and completed as quickly as possible. Really nice team to work with - the team are really responsive and always happy to help. Thanks!

GoogleVery grateful to all at CJ Hole, who did a great job on our sale. A good team approach by staff who are invariably friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. GoogleWe have used CJ Hole on a number of occasions when buying , renting and most recently when selling my mothers house. On each occasion the service has been second to none and extremely good value. The sales staff including Tim and George have been extremely attentive ensuring we got a good price for the house. One of the things that CJ Hole does is have staff to manage the process through to closure and with that in mind Kate Cullen has worked tirelessly over the last 6/7 months to bring the sale through to closer. She has kept us well informed of the process and chased all parties in the chain ensuring the sale happened. I would heartily recommend CJ Hole to anyone .
